Cuttlefish ink is used in cooking as a natural food colorant that gives food a distinct black color and as a seasoning that adds the flavour of sea salt.
USAGE: dilute and add to food during cooking. 1g of ink is added to 100g of the final product. Store at room temperature, refrigerate after opening and use within 20 days.
